Card for a daughter...

This is a card for a daughter I was asked to make, she wanted something pretty and I thought about this peacock which I used from Heartfelt Creations "Peacock Paisley Collection" It is such pretty paper.

I made up the sentiment on my computer in Paintshop Pro X7 I made the corners using "We are memory Keepers "Stub" corner chomper"

A new card I have made for someone else which I thought I would share with you. I have used Heartfelt Creations paper for this card, I have been wanting to try to make a card using these paper for a while.

I used lace from my stock and the sentiment I did on the computer in Paintshop Pro. I like the effect of the paper, such a pretty scene.

My second card for the challenge at Dragonfly Dreams

My second card for the challenge at Dragonfly Dreams I made two cards this month and left my second card till now to post on my blog. I just love Fred She Said images These I have used are pre-coloured and I had bought them myself as I have so many of her images it seemed such a shame for her to give me another one to use for this challenge :)

The tag I have used is from Graphic 45 "Time to Flourish" 

I decoupaged the flower and leaves and I just love the little butterfly that came with the images. I also placed a lace doily in the corner. I hope you have enjoyed your visit today.

Good morning dear friends,
May a time for celebration I always think we are really into spring and the start of summer right around the corner. What a perfect time to think of gardens and a great time to think of our Sponsor too.
I have made a card using Fred She Said images

I just love working with these images they are so beautiful. These were pre-coloured which is also fabulous if your in a hurry. Today is a day which all English people should be proud off.

Challenge 16 - Let's See Spring!

Good Morning Friends,
I love this challenge (Dragonfly Dreams) as it is about my favourite season SPRING after the dormant season of winter we see the new growth all around us awakening to the new season. The green starts to show as the leaves on trees and plants start to grow and then the beautiful spring flowers start to appear to brighten our world with their beauty.

We start with the little snowdrops then these are followed by the beautiful little crocus and the comes the wonderful Daffodils with their little yellow heads being swung by the wind which makes them look as if they are performing a dance for us. As I look out of my craftroom window I see a host of golden Daffodils which reminds me of:

I WANDERED lonely as a cloud

          That floats on high o'er vales and hills,

          When all at once I saw a crowd,

          A host, of golden daffodils;

          Beside the lake, beneath the trees,

          Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.
